Woman loses leg in accident involving train at Pearsall Rd and Wheeler Rd

ATASCOSA, TX – According to KENS 5, a woman had her leg amputated in an accident involving a train at Pearsall Rd and Wheeler Rd Tuesday.

The accident happened when a woman jumped off a moving train at around 9 a.m. Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident and airlifted the woman to an area hospital.

Officials have not identified the victim.
