Police respond to car crash at I-410 SB and Medina Base Rd

SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to TTN San Antonio, officers were dispatched to an auto accident at I-410 and Medina Base Rd Wednesday.

The accident caused stop-and-go traffic back to Valley Hi Dr, a half-mile north of the crash site, by 11:45 a.m.

Authorities are investigating what caused the wreck.
