MCCOOK, TX – According to Valley Central, a motorcyclist died in a single-vehicle crash on FM 490 near FM 681 Sunday.
David Gonzalo Franco, 44, was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle east on FM 490 when he failed to negotiate a curve and went off the road. Franco then collided with a fence.
Paramedics pronounced Franco dead at the scene of the accident.
The incident is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
