SAN ANTONIO, TX – A fatal head-on collision claimed the lives of two drivers on the 12500 block of Wurzbach Pkwy Sunday, according to KSAT.
A Mitsubishi Lancer driver was heading east in the westbound lanes when they slammed into a Chevrolet Camaro around 3:20 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced both drivers dead at the scene of the accident and transported a front-seat passenger from the Camaro to an area hospital in critical condition.
Officials have not released the names of those involved in the collision.
