EDINBURG, TX – The driver of an SUV sustained minor injuries after swerving to avoid striking an animal in an Edinburg roadway early last week.
The April 12th crash occurred at about 9:13 p.m. within the 1300 block of North Tower Road.
Officers say the 33-year-old male driver of a 2016 Dodge veered off the roadway to avoid a domestic animal in the roadway. His vehicle then rolled an unknown amount of times before coming to rest.
It is unclear if the driver was hospitalized for his injuries.
