68-year-old man hurt after rear-end collision in McAllen

MCALLEN, TX – Police in McAllen responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision with at least one injury last weekend.

The accident took place on March 28th at about 12:38 p.m. within the intersection of South McColl Road and U.S. Business 83.

Officers with the McAllen Police Department believe the 23-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2012 Ford was inattentive to the roadway when his vehicle collided with the rear of a 2017 Chevrolet.

The man in the at-fault vehicle was unhurt. However, the 68-year-old man in the Chevrolet sustained unknown injuries as a result of Sunday’s McAllen car accident.
