SAN ANTONIO, TX – A traffic jam was caused by a crash on the Texas 1604 Loop on Thursday, according to TTN San Antonio.

The wreck was reported to authorities by 11:30 a.m. It had created stop-and-go driving conditions back to Hausman, around a mile south of the incident.
