SAN ANTONIO, TX – A crash on westbound I-10 caused stop and go traffic on the east side of San Antonio on Friday morning, TTN San Antonio reports.

The accident occurred at South Presa Street and backed up traffic to I-37. No injuries have been reported at this time.
