BEXAR COUNTY, TX – Deputies with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office are seeking any information that may lead to an arrest in connection to a fatal 18-wheeler crash Monday afternoon.
According to My San Antonio, the accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. within the 400 block of North Abbott Road. Deputies say the driver of an 18-wheeler was making a delivery at a residence when he struck a pedestrian.
Witnesses say the driver fled the scene while they were attempting life-saving measures on the unidentified victim.
No identifying information on the suspect or his truck has been made available at this time.
