BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officers with the Brownsville Police Department were called to the scene of a head-on collision near downtown late last week.
The accident was reported just before 5 p.m. within the 600 block of St. Francis Street on Friday, February 19th.
Responding officers believe the 55-year-old female driver of a 2013 Hyundai drove through a stop sign and collided head-on with the front passenger’s side of a 2019 Toyota.
Luckily, no injuries were reported as a result of the east Brownsville car accident.
