PHARR, TX – A car accident has been reported at the intersection of Cage Boulevard and Ridge Road in Pharr.
The accident took place at around 4:50 p.m. on August 30th, and was caused by the driver of a 2009 Chevrolet failing to pay attention and making an unsafe lane change.
