BROWNSVILLE, TX – Police responded to a T-bone car accident in northeast Brownsville last Saturday evening.
The accident was reported at about 6:37 p.m. within the 4500 block of Jamie J. Zapata Avenue at the intersection with North Central Avenue.
Investigators believe the 23-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2017 Chevrolet failed to yield the right of way to a 2014 Nissan and collided head-on with the passenger’s side of the Nissan.
Neither the woman responsible for the collision nor the three 21-year-old occupants in the Nissan were injured in the crash.
