SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in San Antonio responded to a two-vehicle hit-and-run collision involving several children Sunday afternoon.
The crash occurred shortly before 1 p.m. on Fresno St. near the intersection with the I-10 frontage road.
Police say the unknown male driver of a Toyota backed up when it was unsafe to do so and collided with a 2000 Lexus driven by a 26-year-old woman and carrying three children under the age of 10.
Fortunately, no injuries were sustained as an immediate result of the crash. Information regarding the identity of the driver responsible remains unavailable at this time.
