SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in northwest San Antonio were forced to block multiple lanes along I-10 following a Monday evening collision.
According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident was reported at about 7:15 p.m. within the westbound lanes of I-10 near the Dominion Drive exit.

It is still unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash. However, authorities were forced to block at least two lanes on the freeway as a result.
