Collision in W San Antonio sends motorcyclist to hospital

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A motorcyclist was hospitalized Sunday night after being struck by a passenger vehicle on the west side, KSAT reports.

Police say that the motorcyclist was struck from behind near the intersection of Saunders Avenue and South Zarzamora Street at about 11 p.m. yesterday.

They do not expect to file charges, as the driver of the passenger vehicle stopped to render aid and was not intoxicated.

The motorcyclist’s present condition is unclear. We will update this blog if we learn more.
