Collision involving John Deere tractor reported in Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officials with the Corpus Christi Police department responded to a multi-vehicle crash involving a John Deere tractor Wednesday morning.

The incident was reported at the intersection of South Staples Street and Saratoga Boulevard shortly before 9:00 a.m.

Investigators believe the accident occurred when a 52-year-old male driver of a 2017 John Deere failed to control his speed and collided with a 2004 BMW driven by a 22-year-old man.

No injuries were reported as an immediate result of the collision.
