Collision on 12th St in Brownsville injures 1

BROWNSVILLE, TX – A 35-year-old man may have been injured when his vehicle was struck by another motorist in downtown Brownsville earlier this week.

According to a report taken by the Brownsville Police Department, the man’s gray 2019 Toyota was rear-ended by a green 2000 Honda in the 600 block of E 12th Street at about 6:30 p.m. on April 5. Police believe the Honda’s 18-year-old driver was traveling above the 30 mph speed limit.

Neither vehicle required a tow truck after this Brownsville car accident.
