Corpus Christi Police Respond to 3-Vehicle Chain-Reaction Crash on Airline Rd.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – No injuries were reported as the result of a chain-reaction crash involving three vehicles in Corpus Christi last weekend.

The accident took place on April 11th at about 4:53 p.m. within the 2400 block of Airline Road at the intersection with Wooldridge Road.

Investigators believe the unidentified driver of a 2007 Chevrolet was speeding when they rear-ended a 2007 Hyundai, pushing it into a 2015 Buick.

The driver involved fled the scene on foot before authorities arrived. Both the Chevrolet and the Hyundai were sustained significant damages and were towed from the scene.
