SAN ANTONIO, TX – A single-vehicle crash took place on San Antonio’s south side following an argument between a couple early Sunday morning.
According to a report by KSAT, the incident occurred at about 1:38 a.m. within the 8500 block of South Presa Street.
Police say a man and his girlfriend were fighting at a nearby bar when the man decided to leave. The woman get into her vehicle and was chasing him when one of her friends grabbed the wheel to prevent the car from hitting the man.
The vehicle veered into a guardrail before striking the man and spinning out of control.
The unidentified man was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition. His girlfriend was arrested and is facing an intoxication manslaughter charge.
