MUSTANG ISLAND, TX – A motor vehicle accident on TX 361 SB claimed one person’s life and injured another Thursday, KRIS reports.
The driver of a Chevrolet SUV was on southbound TX 361 when they strayed into the northbound lanes of traffic and hit a Chevrolet pickup truck head-on at around 7:36 a.m.
Firefighters pronounced the SUV driver dead at the scene of the accident. They transported the pickup truck driver to an area hospital via HALO-Flight with life-threatening injuries.
