HELOTES, TX – A fatal, single-car crash was reported on the 19000 block of Tx 16 Monday, according to KSAT
Deputies responded to the wreck around 4:45 p.m. and found a dead man inside his vehicle. They believe that the crash occurred when the man lost control of his car, drove off the roadway, and crashed.
Officials have not yet released the name of the deceased.
