CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A high-speed rear-end collision took place near the crosstown expressway last Wednesday morning.
The accident occurred on April 21st shortly after 9 a.m. within the 2300 block of Horne Road, west of the intersection with Ayers Street.
Police say the 24-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2007 Dodge was distracted by something in his vehicle when it collided with the rear of a 2014 Nissan.
No injuries were reported as a direct result of the crash.
