HIDALGO COUNTY, TX – A man lost his life following a single-vehicle crash on Wisconsin Rd near Val Verde Rd Sunday, Valley Central reports.
Oscar Garcia Arango, 50, was driving at excessive speed when his vehicle went airborne and into a canal. First responders were called to the scene around 8:55 p.m. They pronounced Arango dead at the scene.
The incident is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
