DPS Troopers respond to multi-vehicle crash on Paloma Dr. in Brownsville

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety were called to the scene of a rear-end collision in northwest Brownsville early last week.

The collision took place on March 22nd at about 5:29 p.m. along Paloma Drive at the intersection with FM-1577.

Responding troopers say the 59-year-old male driver of a 2015 Ford was speeding when he collided with the rear passenger’s side of a 2019 Hyundai.

Fortunately, neither driver sustained injuries as a result of the crash.
