Driver Arrested After Crashing into Parked Car in Corpus Christi Neighborhood

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – An elementary school principal was arrested following a suspected DWI crash in Corpus Christi on St. Patrick’s Day.

According to KRIS, the accident occurred in the late evening hours within the 2000 block of Toben Drive.

Witnesses say the driver, who has been identified as Alicia Garza, crashed her vehicle into a car parked outside of a residence on the street.

Garza was taken into custody on suspicion of DWI upon authorities’ arrival at the scene. It is unclear if any injuries were sustained as a result of the crash.
