SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police have one man in custody who they believe may be responsible for a hit-and-run collision last Wednesday.
According to News 4 San Antonio, the accident occurred along Fredricksburg Road when the driver of a pickup truck made a left turn in front of another vehicle causing the two to collide and spin out.
The victim told investigators that 48-year-old Eduardo Lopez got out of his truck and checked on him before getting back in the cab and speeding away.
Lopez was arrested and has been charged with failing to render aid.
