SAN ANTONIO, TX – The man believed to be responsible for a fatal northwest San Antonio crash in October was arrested last week.

According to the San Antonio Express-News, the accident occurred on October 24th at the intersection of Evers Road and Fairford Drive.

Investigators believe 21-year-old Isaiah Judah Carrillo attempted to make the left turn onto Fairford Dr. when his Kia Forte collided with a Chevrolet.
