Driver collides with pedestrian while fleeing disturbance on Marbach Rd

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A driver struck and critically injured a pedestrian while fleeing a large fight that became a shooting on the 7700 block of Marbach Rd October 28, according to KSAT.

Police were dispatched to the fight around 112:45 p.m. Dozens of people were running in multiple directions and one person was shot by the time officers arrived at the scene of the crime.

As this was happening, the driver of a black vehicle collided with the 33-year-old pedestrian. The pedestrian and shooting victim were both taken to area hospitals.

The pedestrian was not involved in the disturbance. It is unclear if the driver that struck them was involved in it or not.
