Driver crashes into pickup truck after running red light near Oaks

SAN ANTONIO, TX  – According to Fox 29, a driver was injured when plowed into a pickup truck at Nacogdoches Rd and I-410 Tuesday morning at around 5 a.m.

The driver of a Toyota Corolla allegedly ran a red light just before slamming into the pickup truck. The impact from the collision sent the truck into a utility pole.

Emergency crews used the Jaws of Life to extricate the driver from the Toyota Corolla.

Authorities have not released details concerning the current condition of the two motorists.
