BROWNSVILLE, TX – A police chase in Brownsville ended in a multi-vehicle crash on Eduardo Ave. early last Saturday morning.
The incident was reported shortly before 5 a.m. near the intersection of Eduardo Avenue and Avenida Isabella. Police at the scene the 20-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2008 Pontiac was attempting to evade an officer in pursuit when he collided head-on with a 2000 Dodge.
Neither driver was injured as an immediate result of the crash. Information regarding why the driver was fleeing from police has not yet been made available.
