SAN ANTONIO, TX – A driver fatally crashed at I-410 and Hwy 90 Monday, according to KSAT.
A Chevy Silverado driver lost control of their vehicle and collided with a guard rail and a utility pole before slamming into the guard rail again around 2:30 a.m.
First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene of the accident.
Officials have not released the name of the victim.
