SAN ANTONIO, TX – A head-on collision claimed the life of a male driver on FM 78 near Lakeview Dr Thursday, according to KSAT.
The male driver was going the wrong way down FM 78 when he collided with another vehicle head-on near Lakeview Dr.
First responders were called to the scene around 2:30 p.m. They pronounced the male driver dead at the scene and transported the other driver, a woman, to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not released the names of either driver.
