SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police responded to a fatal, single-vehicle crash on Jones Maltsberger Rd near Carlton Oaks early Thursday morning, according to KTSA.
The driver, an unidentified woman, went off-road and into a tree around 2:30 a.m. First responders pronounced her dead at the scene of the crash.
A dead deer was found near the crash site. Police believe it, along with dense fog, may have been factors in the wreck.
