SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KENS 5, a driver fatally collided with a parked truck at S Pine St and Alabama St Monday.
Carlos Chaires, 45, was driving at excessive speeds when he struck the parked vehicle at around 12:30 a.m. The impact pushed the truck into someone’s yard and ejected Chaires from his vehicle.
Rescue crews performed life-saving measures on Chaires but ultimately pronounced him dead at the scene of the accident.
