SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in San Antonio are seeking the public’s help in identifying the driver responsible for a collision that left two individuals injured Wednesday night.
According to KSAT, the incidnet occurred along Fredricksburg Road near the intersection with De Chantle Road at about 10:30 p.m.
Police believe the male suspect behind the wheel of a black Ford F-150 collided with a gray Hyundai accent during a flashing yellow traffic signal before immediately fleeing the scene of the crash.
One occupant in the sedan was transported to University Hospital to be treated for serious injuries sustained in the crash. Another occupant sustained only minor injuries.
The suspect is facing a felony charge of failing to stop and render aid.
