BROWNSVILLE, TX – A man who injured another driver in Brownsville and then fled the scene has been arrested, Valley Central reports.
Jose Refugio Castro was driving a Chevrolet Silverado on Price Rd when he crashed into the back of another vehicle, injuring the driver. He then left the scene without giving any information to the victim.
The victim managed to get the license plate number from Castro’s Silverado and gave the number to authorities. Police located and arrested him for Accident Involving Injury and Accident Involving Damage greater than $200 and $4,000.
The exact location, date, and time the accident took place are unclear.
