Driver indicted in connection to fatal motorcycle hit-and-run in November

SAN ANTONIO, TX –  The Bexar County District Attorney’s Office has indicted a suspect believed to be responsible for a hit-and-run that killed a motorcyclist in early November.

According to KSAT, Christopher Norton was driving erratically along O’Connor Road on the night of November 9th when he fatally struck 48-year-old Phillip Warren Snow.

Upon arrival, officers discovered Snow seriously injured in the roadway near his 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle. He was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center where he died a short time later.

Norton was located and arrested two days later. He is currently awaiting trial in the Bexar County Jail.
