SAN ANTONIO, TX – A male driver suffered critical injuries after he struck a tree on the 5900 block of Thunder Drive Friday, according to KSAT.
EMS crews were called to the scene of the accident around 11:53 p.m. They transported the 23-year-old driver to an area hospital in critical condition with two broken legs and facial lacerations.
Police believe the man may have been impaired at the time of the collision, but they did not evaluate him because of his substantial injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
