Driver injured after rear-end collision involving 3 children

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A 31-year-old female driver was reportedly injured as the result of a rear-end collision in Corpus Christi last weekend.

The crash occurred on April 10th shortly before 8 p.m. within the 2300 block of Holly Road just east of SH-286.

Investigators believe the 23-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2006 Nissan was traveling at a high rate of speed when his vehicle collided with the rear of a 2006 Ford.

The man responsible for the crash was unhurt. However, the woman in the Ford sustained unknown injuries. Fortunately, all three children in the Ford were also uninjured.
