MCALLEN, TX – A driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on the 300 block of W. Expwy 83 Tuesday, Valley Central reports.
The driver struck Gilberto Aguirre, 43, around 12:17 a.m.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
