MCALLEN, TX – A driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on the 200 block of West Expressway 83 Wednesday, according to KRGV.
The driver hit Russell Heath Cortez, 48, around 9:16 p.m.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene of the accident.
The incident is under investigation.
