SAN ANTONIO, TX – A woman suffered a serious head injury following a crash on Hwy 281 near Isom Rd on Monday, KSAT reports.
First responders discovered the unconscious woman in her car around 1:20 a.m. They transported the victim to University Hospital in critical condition.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation by San Antonio police.
