SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KSAT, a passenger was injured following a two-vehicle collision involving an impaired driver on the 2500 block of NE I-410 Access Rd Sunday.
The driver of a Hyundai was heading west on I-410 Access Rd when it collided with a Lexus that changed lanes.
The victim was a passenger in the Lexus and was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of impact. First responders transported her to Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition around 3 a.m.
Authorities charged the driver of the Lexus with a DUI.
