SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in far west San Antonio responded to the scene of a collision along Loop 1604 early Tuesday afternoon.
According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident took place shortly after noon within the westbound lanes of the freeway near the exit to Culebra Road.

The number of vehicles involved in the crash is unclear at this time. However, the left lane was blocked for some time following the incident while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
