SAN ANTONIO, TX -The right shoulder of I-35 NB and W Commerce St was blocked by a car accident Monday, TTN San Antonio reports.

The incident backed up traffic to El Paso St, a half-mile south of the crash, by 12:25 p.m.
Police are investigating the cause of the collision.
