MERCEDES, TX – According to Valley Central, a person was injured in a rollover crash involving two vehicles Wednesday morning.
A 30-year-old woman was driving a white SUV when she attempted to pass a pickup truck driven by a 60-year-old when she struck the left side of the vehicle. The woman then hit a barricade which caused the SUV to flip on its side.
First responders transported the woman to an area hospital with minor injuries. The pickup truck driver was not hurt in the incident.
