Fewer Fourth of July DWIs reported but police remain concerned

SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KSAT12, San Antonio police made 11 DWI arrests this Independence Day, down from 15 last year. However, police say this decrease isn’t something to celebrate when considering that major events were canceled and parks were closed this year.

This year no one was injured on the 4th as a result of driving while intoxicated, however, the same can not be said every day.
