Firefighters cut woman out of SUV following major collision

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Emergency crews extricated a woman from her SUV following a major collision on the Far West Side late Wednesday night.

According to KENS, the accident occurred within the 4500 block of Rogers Road at about 11:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, police discovered an overturned SUV with a woman hanging partially outside of the windshield. Firefighters deployed tools to cut her from the vehicle, and she was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
