SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man died following a firey crash on the 12000 block of Culebra Rd Saturday, according to KSAT.
The male driver crossed the center median, collided with a guard rail, and went into a creek before the car was engulfed in flames.
Officers attempted to rescue the driver and put out the flames with fire extinguishers until firefighters arrived. Firefighters successfully extinguished the fire, but not in time to save the driver, who had died in the fire.
Authorities had not released information concerning the cause of the crash or the exact time when the incident happened.
