Firefighters use Jaws of Life to extricate driver on North Pine St

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Firefighters rescued a driver who was pinned in their vehicle following a collision on the 1400 block of North Pine St Sunday, Fox San Antonio reports.

A maroon sedan plowed into a white car that was stopped at the intersection around 1:45 a.m. Firefighters used the jaws of life to cut out the driver of the maroon sedan.

EMS crews released the driver of the white car after being assessed at the scene.

Authorities have not released additional information.
